Just around the corner from the hotel I use in Bangkok (the JW Marriott) is a place that has grown from being a car park and a couple of bars to one of the main night life areas in the city. There are now bars on all three floors and the what has the car park has had bars built on it. The area is Nana Plaza and I have no idea what goes on inside these places :rolleyes:

I am sure you'll be impressed with the low light ability of the Nikon 50mm 1.4 and the D300 ;)

Not half! :smashin: The shots have great sharpness considering the time and light. What was the ISO?

Impressive stuff, the colours in number 2 are superb.

No shots inside of number 3 then?

Would you say John ISO 800 is about the acceptable limit noise wise on the D300? seems the general consensus

    EDIT :

Great pictures by the way, love the neon ones especially.

    Shot 3 required a tele-zoom. :nono:

Fantastic shots with a very nice piece of kit.

#3 is a pain when you get to the top of the stairs, then you have to decide whether to go to Spankys or the Cathouse.........

Well the bloke in the window with the beer next to the neon sign looks very much like your Avatar :nono:

Mind you, from what I have heard of Bangkok it may not even be a bloke
