    Hi,
I have some Ixos Gamma speaker cable. The core is 4.2mm but banana plugs can generally only take 4mm. So my question is "are there any banana plugs that i can use that'll take 4.2mm?"
I was looking at these: http://www.tvcables.co.uk/cgi-bin/tvcables/PGA8103.html , but looking around on the specs differ from bewteen 4mm-10mm!
Any advice? Oh, value is quite important as i cant get afford too much!!
    Cheers!

If you can find the hot end of a soldering iron, I use CPC product number CN01999 without the supplied plastic casing. Just solder the cable onto the connector and cover it in heatshrink for some protection and so you can identify the seperate conductors. :)
