having just got my 'new' REL 100 from uncle eric ... (good guy to do business with on a private/forum sale) ...

I was wondering whats the best way to balance that in with my B&W's and what would be good tracks to test it with for crossover, phase, etc ???

What's the forums preferred slamming tracks for music and dvd's ?

I tend to use any bassy CD or DVD that I know quite well so I can easily hear the changes to the sound.

I use TAG´s test CD, very good recording, some nice tracks, varied enough to test bass, imaging, treble...

For DVD bass I sue Sting´s all this time, quite bassy, difficult to tame, as they play on a wooden platform, and have two bass guitars, violoncello and the other bigger one acoustical, a treat...
