    As above really...

I want to copy my smallish laserdisc collection (PAL/NTSC) to the HCPC and store them on the hard drive.

I was wondering if I can capture them through s-video on my pinnaccle card running through Dscaler and save it using Dvix or sommet? to the hard drive? Is this possible or do you have to just save the movie and then run it through Dscaler? which way?

I soley use the HCPC as it has 7.1 card & dvd and is connected to my lcd projector for the best piccy.

Any advice on backing up the laserdiscs appreciated as already found one of them has laser rot causing bad piccy (unwatchable)
Then I can sell the player too :)
