Back to Work

I was out for a walk to try out the new Fujifilm 70-300mm I had just received, I was taking images of basically anything then once home remembered the theme was spring. I quite liked this one although the bee is a bit blurry, I need to remember and up my iso so I can improve shutter speeds when shooting things like this....

Bee at Work

Its the first time in over a year I have walked around here (Fasque Estate), they appear to be doing a lot of landscaping which seems beneficial to wildlife which is great to see. We walked around a corner and could literally hear the buzz of hundreds / thousands of bee's at work, if anyone knows what this plant is I am curious now and apparently my google skills are poor.

Nice capture.

According to a iPhone app (PictureThis) the flower may be a "White butterbur".
Aye, it might be that. It definitely isn't wild garlic, although the tiny flower itself looks a bit alike, the rest of the plant does not.

Looks like that is exactly what it is thanks, also something that shouldn't be here apparently.

At least the bee's were loving it.
