Could anyone with the B&W HTM2 center channel speaker please give me a little advice.

Up untill yesterday I used bare wire to connect to the speaker. Now I have new speaker cable (nordost super flatline gold) with 'z' plugs.

there's no cap on the binding posts so that i may fit the 'z' plug.

    can anyone help ?

What's a 'z plug'? Is it like a banana plug?

I believe that in order to use banana plugs with Nautilus speakers you have to snap a piece of plastic out. I've always been too scare to attempt it so I haven't used plugs.

    Regards,

    Jules.

It's Nordosts version of a banana plug. Works in the same way.

To answer the question, all B&W speakers have removeable plugs/bungs in the tops of the binding posts. The z plugs will be fine.

They are pretty easy to remove if you use a small metal pick, or are carefull with a Stanley knife you can ease them out.

Weird though, they are flush with the protective plastic sheliding as if its not meant to be removed.

I'll do it now, thanks for the help :)
