    After two abortive attempts to order King Kong 2 disc ed. with Axel Music i gave up after having my card declined on both occasions.
    The only reason i can think of is that it is debit card i am using and maybe our danish cousins cannot process them. Just ordered the disc with Movietyme for the same price as i know they do accept debit cards.
    If anyone knows for sure please let me know although this seems a likely explanation. Before anyone asks why don't i use a credit card i'am good at using them but not so good at paying the bill(memory like a goldfish).

    Edit - Use what you like to pay, but you may want to consider a CC as they give you more protection should things go wrong (DVDSoon style)

    I always use Visa Debit when ordering from Axel :confused:

    Mine's Royal Bank of Scotland with no Mastercard or Visa logo's just cirrus&maestro on it but i have sent a e-mail off to axel because i would like to know exactly why it was declined, let people know what there answer is.

    Mine's a Visa debit. So yours could lay with it being a switch equivilant.

    As a rule us merchants will not be told why a card declines.
    Our policy is to run the card twice, just in case its human error our end.

    With debit cards alot get declined if they have been used a certain number of times during the same day, not sure if this is the case but maybe an idea.

    Also if they are running direct billing off the site, anything wrong with your address or postcode could throw up a decline too.

    I had it with DVD Soon a year or so ago - would work with Visa Delta, wouldn't work with my Visa Electron. Can't comment on Maestro/Switch but it could be a similar scenario.

    Sent e-mail yesterday but as yet no reply,maybe too soon. I suppose mine
    is'nt the only one they have to deal with!.
    I now think with the comment's so far that the problem is my card not axel but that's the only one i am prepared to use at the moment. I do have a credit card but am loathe to use it for the reasons stated in my original post. :rolleyes: Just one of those things.

    Everything must be ok as i just got your despatch e-mail thanks all the same. It's nice to get such good service nowadays as a lot of companies could'nt care less.
    This is'nt an advert for Movietyme more a thanks for looking after customers.
