Can anyone help me please. I have placed my first order with Axel music today, i got an email from them with the subject Confirmation of order confirming the order and saying to log in to follow the order status.

2 hours later i have got another email from them with the subject "vedr. ordre nr ......"

It is in a language i cannot understand. Just wondering if this is standard and this happens to everyone? also wondering if there is a problem with the order!

    Help!

Yes it's happened to me too. It could be the confirmation of it being shipped out in 24 hours - hard to say from "Re Order No." though ;)

nothing to worry about sadmuppet. I just emailed them and they sent me this

It is a language error we are working on at the moment.

it just states that your item has been handled and will be shipped from North America, Germany or Holland within 12 hours.

    Seems all good to me.

Wasn't worried at all :) I'd worked it out from prior emails that were in English - guess they haven't worked out that if you pay English Pounds you clearly speak Russian ;)

Good people to deal with IMO - having said that.

Just log on at axel again, then all your info is at bottom click on your
orders. You will either see Pending,Payment Registered,In Stock etc or
Complete.I made a mess of my first order so that one has deleted by the
side.If you move mouse over status(mouse over)that shows the the 4
steps of the order as it proceeds. They dont seem to charge card till well
after they have shipped the dvd, first class they are IMHO.

It shows as complete so thats fine. Whats the delivery time like on them? Hopefully its as good as the customer service which is top quality. I have sent them a couple of emails and they reply more or less straight away with a reply that makes sense not some automated nonsense.

Usually 7-10 days. I've had some quick and I've had some REAL slow.
