Hi all
Finally managed to get one of these.
I understand I can dock my laptop to the monitor, connect my keyboard and mouse to the monitor to use with laptop.
But I cant figure out how to do this. I have a Dell latitude 5400, and thought it would be a case of plugging in the usb cable supplied but thats not working.

Anyone have any thoughts.

Thanks

there is a upstream port on the monitor no. 10 on this image I think. connect your PC to that and the monitor will act like a USB hub according to instructions. does this not work ?

Thanks, yes I have seen that and do have the cable that came with the monitor.
The issue I have is that this doesnt seem to work for me.
I plug the cable into my laptop, specifically the powershare usb, but dont get any luck in either getting power nor being able to use the screen.

Looking at the manual I don't think it does support docking functionality and the upstream port connects your PC to the USB hub in the monitor to be able to use the other USB ports on the monitor.

Assume you are using the supplied USB cable? My experience is that these things can be a little flaky, but I agree, the spec suggests it should be able to provide all functions on the 1 cable.
