Hi, so after much searching I still cannot see how I can get my avr400 to pick up streaming services, I'm connected and can get internet radio but that's it.
Thanks

You can't access Spotify from an AVR400.

You'll need to plug in an external streamer (Sonos or similar) to access Spotify, Napster and the like. The only things the inbuilt network clients can access are internet radio stations and music stored on UPnP servers on your local network, i.e. your personal iTunes library.

You can see why I foolishly believed this was possible :)

Indeed - I'm not entirely sure what that logo is doing on the box. An email to ask Arcam what it means might prove entertaining... :)

Very strange ... did you buy your AVR400 new or second hand? And how long ago?

I wonder if someone has got a new box from Arcam (or reused a box) and it's actually a AVR550 / AVR850 / SR250 box as these are the same size/shape and the first devices from Arcam to support Spotify (iirc)/
