AVR350 connections

Having upgraded from an AVR100 to the above I find out the connections on my speaker cables won't fit the connectors on the 350, according to the manual I either just crimp the cable under the nut or fit spade connectors, are there any connectors which push into the speaker screws on the back of the 350 ???

Also which is a better cable to use, an s video lead or scart lead?

The 350 can use standard 4mm banana plugs (you need to remove the centre plastic blanking plugs)

Not sure what the AVR100 uses although it might be those weird BFA (?) thingies. You could either take them off and use bare wire or get some spade or banana connectors to replace them.

My AVR200 does use standard bananas.
