    Hi all,

My AVR30R suffers from the following problem:
The right channel does not work anymore when it was in standby for a couple of hours. I have to unplug and replug the device from power to make it work again. When I just put it in standby and activate it after a couple of minutes, it does not have this problem.

Question, before I send it to repair, I'd like to reset the device. Can somebody tell me how to do this.

If this does not work, who can repair TAG devices? I am living in Switzerland and the information I got so far is not very promising.

    Thanks a lot
    Jürg

Unplug the power. Press "Analog", "Video" and "Normal" at the same time. Plug the power and when it says "DISP EE" hit "Display".

    Thanks,

I just discovered the Audiolab 8000AV. I seems to be the same as the AV30R. Is that right? Would Audiolab fix broken AV30Rs?

Does this "reset" the user config to default?
