    Hi all,

I have an AVR300. It sits on the bottom shelf of my rack and is partly obscured by a sofa. Looking in the user guide, i see there is a "Local remote-in" socket. Any ideal where I can get an IR receiver to plug in here?

The manual recommends a Xantech product for use with Zone2 remote-in. Would the same item work for the local remote-in? It isn't explicitly stated in the manual for use as a local extender, only a Zone2 extender.

    thanks.

    Dave

The same part will work for the local in.
