Hello to everyone from Greece!
Today I purchased my first A/V receiver, a Denon AVR-X1200W together with a pair of Monitor Audio Bronze 2 and the Chario Syntar 501 subwoofer.
The guy at the shop gave me a sub cable (Oehlbach NF SUB 500) but the subwoofer at the back has 2 inputs.
The black colored input has the indications (MONO) and LEFT.
The red colored input has the indications LINE INPUT and RIGHT.
I have already tried both inputs and the subwoofer does nothing.
I have also tried checking with the "Test Tone" and it does nothing also.
Am I missing something?
Am I doing something wrong? The connection maybe?
Should I have another type of sub cable? Y-RCA instead of RCA?
* I'm totally new to this world!
** Sorry for my bad English!
