avr 2106 sound lost/ speaker problems

hi there my denon avr 2106 has been working fine for 4months , but since yesterday the sound has completly packed up ,

the subwoofer is working fine, but all five satelite speakers which are "audio pros" wont produce any noise ,
I have checked all the connections and other components and they are all working fine. I would be very grateful if anyone could give me any advice on the problem ,

This sounds like you have accidentally pressed a button which has disabled the inputs. It is very unlikely that all the amplifier channels have failed at the same time.
You will need to go into the set up menu along with reading the manual and ensure that all the inputs are configured and assigned correctly.
Check that you are assigning the inputs as digital if you are using digital connections as opposed to analogue. Also check that you have not got multi zone selected.
The final resort will be to do a factory reset on the amp (again the instruction to do this should be in the manual) and start again from scratch as this will reset all of your settings.
