Just received the Avia disc for my 11HT projector.

I tried a 'dry run' on my Philips 32PF9954 using Avia's basic video calibration.

The result? .... my god what an improvement! The picture now looks so life like you could actually step into it.

Hope I get a similar result on my projector

Did you have to order the disk from the USA, or is there a UK supplier? Sounds like a really useful disk.

jmack ... no I am going to keep it. Calibration should be done with every pj bulb change

tman ... do a search on this forum for Avia. You can get it in this country from DVD Concepts but someone recommended a Canadian supplier. A lot cheaper and it came within a week

I got mine from Disc Emporium .

It cost about £38 and was delivered in about 3 days.

These guys are very good and very reliable.

They are based in Knebworth, you can visit their shop...like I did today to purchase your goods, as long as it's type approved in this country...other than that I have ordered MANY times from them over the internet.

I must admit, the general look of the website is a bit mickey mouse, but the company is sound.
