Is there a way of enabling a 'favourite forums' type of structure to the forum. Despite there being all of these excellent forums, I only tend to read around 10 of them. Therefore, is there a way I can get a display of the forums I elect to have displayed or must I keep the screen with every available forum on it?

You can close certain groups of forums down with the gold buttons on the right of the main page above each setion. I just do that for sections I don't visit and then once I'm in a particular forum I use the forum jump to skip to where I want to go next.

Thanks for the quick response. Does it remember the groups which you have closed down for the next time you sign on?

Assuming you have cookies enabled. Yes. If you clear them from your browser settings and have to log back in again you'll have repeat the process.

Just tried signing out and in again normally and it remembered them. :)
