After a power outage followed by the usual on/off/on/off malarkey we get over here with our electric supply, my processor developed a problem, traced to the rectifier board. A phone call and one day later and a new board was here from IAG. Not only that, but it all worked and I could effect the repair myself. However, there was clearly another problem, maybe caused by the same power supply probs - I received an exchange dp card from IAG that I installed, but this time the problem wasn't solved. One second hand AV32R DP later (so I didn't have to live without my cinema!) and the original processor being with IAG service for 3 weeks and the processor is all but fixed, paid for and on its way back to me. After all the jibes IAG service personnel get, I thought I would pass on this success story.
