AV Connection Query

Novice Member
I'm helping set up an AV system in a local community hall and have some connection queries.
Basics: Projector, screen, 4 speakers, mixer amp, wireless mic set, 2 x LCD TVs.
Want to be able to connect the laptop to the projector and play the sound through the four speakers.
Also want to be able to view the image displayed through the projector on the two TVs at the same time.
I have attached a layout of the hall.

I currently have the following equipment.
1 x PRM240 Mixer Amp
4 x BF80TB Loudspeaker
1 x 100M speaker cable
1 x PD632H Hand Held Mic system
1 x Acer H6517ABD Projector - (limited audio outputs - only 1x hdmi, 1x vga, 1x usb (firmware only), 1x stereo minijack in)
1 x CCA2094 Bluetooth receiver wall plate and backbox.
2 x LG 50" UHD TV 50UN80006LC
1 x AUKEY HDMI Splitter 1 in 4 Out Supports 3D 4K HDMI Amplifier for PC / HDTV
2 x 5m HDMI Cables
1 x 50m HDMI Cable

Buying the following cables has been suggested.
2 x 3m Xlr-Xlr Cables
1 x 12M Xlr-Xlr Cables
Not sure if this would be enough though, do I need more adapters and how do I connect these.
Think it would be a good idea to install a HDMI wall socket at the front near the projector screen too so someone presenting could use this.
Should I purchase some CAT6 to connect the Bluetooth receiver and the additional HDMI wall socket to the mixer?

Can anyone describe how I should connect this all and if there is anything else I would need.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
