What sources do you have and want to connect to it? What is your split of listening i.e. movies, music and games? Do you want HD audio? Do you want second hand or new? What speakers have you got or intend to get? Do you want 5.1 or 7.1 or something else? How big is your room? Do you have any size restraints in terms of cabinet?
Sorry about all the questions but these really need to be answered before recommending anything.
