av amplifier newby advice

Hi guy's

I'm looking to update and streamline my system

sound

amp-Technics A900 MkII
deck-Rega planar 3
speakers-Dunlop
radio-Videologic DAB
cdArcam cd72

visual

15 year old 26"Toshiba tv
video-panasonic
DVD toshiba 220
freeview- samsung

due to restrictions of both the amp and TV I cannot link.

Therefore what I want to achieve is -

audio visual

deck-rega p 3
cd arcam cd72
*dvd-record able DVD player
radio-videologic DAB
freeview-Sony 800
*speakers- small and white if possible
*av amp-
Panasonic 42" plasma pwd8 monitor +(which) boards

no video

Due to restrictions of the room etc absolute sound is not a possibility and we don't particularly enjoy the hi energy DVD's which rumble the sofa so a squillion watts isn't necessary -just clarity, connections and compatibility

*as an example of budget I suggest 400 max per item (as an average)

Any clues to set up and suggestions most welcome

Cheers

Richard

Monitor Audio radius 90 or 45's with a 180 centre, or combination of them. Come in Piano white which is class too.

Ah actully scratch that, i just noticed the budget... Unless you bought the speakers in parts..

Amps, the likes of the Yamaha 757, Denon 2106, or the Pioneer 1015.. Or Harmon Kardon, Sony...

DVD player, pass, my mate has a Sony which he likes, but theyre not my thing.

You'll need a Component and scart board for the plasma
