Could some kind soul please explain to this dumbass how to do this? My knowledge of girder amounts to importing group files and learning ir codes only.

I've been using Rob Screene's excellent dvdautorefresh program to automatically switch between pal & ntsc powerstrip resolutions and gather I should now use this to tell girder to switch powerstrip res and change the sonic cinemaster registry entry "HardCodeForPal" dword value between 0(ntsc) & 1(pal) using regsetvalue plug-in.

I'm ok with the theory but really need it spelt out very simply or an exported girder group file would be nice :)

    Thanks,

    John.

    Hi John,
Heres something that hopefully might do what you want. Make sure that you install the DVDspy plugin

    Regards

    Cheers Mark,

I've only just managed to sort it this weekend with some help from the Theatertek forum (here)
Girder is a brilliant program but I find it really tough, makes Prontoedit seem like easy going!

Everything is running perfect now, no pop-ups, registry & refresh auto-switching and TT launching on insert :D

    Thanks again,
    John.
