A while ago, I ripped my DVDs to my HTPC (Using DVD Shrink). However, space is running low so I decided to convert a load of my DVDs to Divx to save on space. I thought I'd start with autoGK as it is supposed to be the easiest but have fallen at the first hurdle, I point it at my Video TS directory but it gives me an error saying it can't find the Stream Info file......Help :lease:

Or is there any easier software to convert them - especially software that will queue them up so I run batches over night.

    Thanks

    Panny

    I use DVX.
You have to let it automatically download the extra plug ins, but there is an inbuilt tutorial which walks you through the settings, I have good results encoding to Xvid
