Just got the Tennis on for the opening day and the picture is ansolutely stunning.

Exactly what HD should be like. It just showed a close up of one of the tennis balls and you could see every strand of material. An absolutely Fantastic broadcast.

Shame BBC HD cannott get close.

Agreed. Their African Cup of Nations HD transmissions are similarly delicious!

It is also a shame the BBC are not broadcasting their coverage on BBC HD too, especially when it is during their dead hours of non-stop previews.

ah but the money spent for the HD feed could keep BBC Alba in new programmes for decades, no way they could justify the additional spend!
