Audio System to complete my setup

Hi All

I am after a few suggestions as to what system to buy to complete my AV setup.
Current equipment is;
TV - Toshiba 37RV555DB
SAT - Humax Foxsat HDR (HDMI)
BD - Sony BPD S350 (HDMI)
Gaming - Wii (Component)
Media Streamer - Freecom WLAN 350 (Scart) :thumbsdow

The sound is currently provided by an old JVC DVD all in one DVD system. The Optical input is fed by the Blu Ray player and the rest is pushed through the Phono lead from the TV. This is less than ideal and i want to solve this.

Does anyone have any suggestions for an all in one system to take all the possible inputs (up to 3 HDMI, 2 component and a number of Optical inputs)

At the moment i think i would prefer to feed the HDMI's from the Blu Ray player and the Foxsat direct to the telly and use optical to the Amp for sound only so i can retain control if i want to watch stuff without shaking the house :D (Please tell me if that is the wrong way to go about things)

Now for the main problem..... the budget which is <£400

Any ideas or suggestions would be really appreciated! :smashin:

Cheers

Simon

A couple of options i have seen that seem quite popular on here are;

Onkyo HTX22HD (With the 5.1 upgrade package)

and

Sony HTIS100

I am still at a loss as to what to do :rolleyes:
