Despite having read many posts on many forums on this subject, I'm still confused.

I am trying to achieve the following through my Audigy 2 ZS (utilising the digital out connected to my Arcam AV8 processor):

    1. Music played back in stereo at 44.1 KHz, not 48 KHz. To this end I've downloaded Asio4All and am looking for the Asio plugin for Winamp. Question is: will I now get stereo at 44.1 KHz? Or do I need a different soundcard (ie. Envy chipset)?
    2. Sound from DVDs played back correctly (should be OK I think).
    3. Sound from games. I know this will not be played back in proper Dolby 5.1 as the Audigy cannot encode this, but will I at least get stereo (or maybe some kind of pseudo surround sound created by the Arcam)?

I'm sure someone has the answers to these questions, so thanks in advance.
