    Hi all,

Im sorry if I've posted in a few threads regarding info on this TV, but I am now looking at it as a serious alternative to the Samsung LE32R41B (due to the tearing issue).

I have two main questions :

    1) Do anyone know what the response time is? Has anyone got the Xbox / PS2 hooked up to it, and if so have you seen any ghosting? I believe the Sammy has a response time of 12ms.

    2) Has anyone in the UK soft modded their Xbox to output in 480p (or 720p for some games) using the high definition offical cables? If so how did you do it, as the lead is component and their is no component input into the Tosh.

    Thanks all!!

    1. I think the response is 10ms
    2. Your gonna need an amp/switchbox with 2x component in and 1x out or you could just wait for 360.

@ ViolentReaction the lead that I give you a link should work yes or no. The Tosh will do all the settings on the VGA socket, you mention with a dvd player. So should be ok with the xbox.

    Regards Tulloch

Yep i bought what was an expensive JS tech master component switch and used a yuv to vga lead and a ixos compoent xbox lead. Works a treat and looks amazing all the way to 1080i.
