I have an Audigy 2 Platinum with 'breakout box' which many months ago I had plugged into my PC Audigy Card using the multipin cable and firewire cable.

Finding I forgot to plumb it in these last few months I now plumb it in again but it cuts off sound output to my speakers and headphones which are both fed sound from another socket (the socket furthest away from the multipin socket and firewire) on the audigy card back panel via a 3.5mm jackplug and lead. I use a 1in-2 out gubbins to send sound to both headphones and speakers. I checked this plug having moved the pc and its ok. Also tried headphones into headphone socket on breakout box but no joy.

No doubt a simple setting somewhere but prior to re-plumbing in the breakout box I had sound, now nothing, how do I regain my sound folks ?
