ATI HD 3450 Causing random blue screen

Hi

I'm trying to use a Asus Radeon HD 4350 512MB for blu-ray playback, but I'm getting random blue screens

After a process of elimination I know it's graphics card related.
Since I've moved it from my i7 HCPC into a old 775 system my i7 system no longer blue screens.
I replaced it on a temporary basis with a old 7800GTX

Initially I thought the card was duff, but it's not. When installed in the 775 system I was expecting it to cause problems - but it doesn't

The i7 system is running Win 7 and the old 775 XP Professional

The blue screen would happen at any time (once mid-way through a fresh install if Win 7)
I'm guessing a Win 7 / driver issue - I've used the latest catalyst drivers

Any help would be much appreciated

Many thanks

RON

Hi

Resolved - I downloaded the drivers from the Asus rather than ATI website and it all works now

I must admit I've never use drivers from the manufacturers website. But in this case it works

Many thanks
