Not really, windows does a pretty good job of keeping it's drivers up to date. I would avoid all the programs such as driver genius, AVG driver updater, driver reviver, driver booster etc. If everything goes belly up the best option is a windows reset/reinstall or a complete restore from your backup.Can you suggest any good tool/s for making sure drivers are up to date, too that if things go belly up, can help to check/ put things right? free /pay that will not create stuff on my browsers that is hard to get rid of? that's not too complicated?
P.S. Age is just a number, I am also a pensioner (just)
