    I installed it from a legitimate license I got from Novatech I think it was, I have no disk for it as this was lost in a house move but the code I have stored on my phone as I have a tendency to lose things (iCloud FTW!)

    Thanks for the info, can I ask if you have a receipt from the place of purchase?

    Currently rules do say that just a floating key is not allowed and would be classed as a key written on a piece of paper.

    It's going to be easier for me to put windows 7 back on as I can't provide what i don't have

    Restored back to the original OS is fine!

    We are currently looking to update the rules but in the meantime the current rules have to be followed.

    I would have allowed it if you could have provided a proof of purchase.
