ASUS Laptop, are they good do the money?

    I don't have any experience of it but my inclination would be to avoid such a machine.

    Intel's bay trail (N____) processors are pretty slow in some significant areas and while that may be acceptable when they're cheap enough to have no competition I wouldn't pay £300 for one. Even Currys at that price have the better AMD versions of that low power type of chip (A6-5200 & A8-6410) as well as laptops with mainstream Intel processors (M & U suffix chips, e.g. i3-4005U).
