Hi forum members, I'm after an Astro gaming headset setup.
Either the A40 or the A50 setup.
I intend to use it with an Xbox one but understand I may require additional cabling to get it to work.
    A40 - roughly £60
    A50 - roughly £100
Happy to move my price either way pending on condition/age etc.

    Location: Leeds

Ive got the a40 xbox one edition, around 6 months old, there is a ver slight 'pink' discolouration on the ear cups, i mean very slight. Other than that they are fully boxed as new working perfectly. ImageUploadedByAVForums1460642733.772714.jpg

You really do not want A50's - had a pair and the freezing issue was driving me nuts. So glad I have sold them.

Tons of disgruntled users around on the Astro forums, even the latest revision is suffering from the same issues as V1. More here:

Thanks for the offer, that's the type I am no after I'm afraid. I'd prefer the Mixamp Pro or GEN2 models. Best of luck.

Interesting, I'll keep an eye on that. I'm ideally after the A40 due to it being wired and not worrying about charging etc.
    Thanks for the info.

No worries, just so you know this is the gen 2 model, latest xbox one model, with the adapter, the adapter can be removed.

I have A50s and have had zero issues on xbox one with them.

I also have a set of Astro A40s with an xbox one chat adapter I had for sale here a week ago, was looking for £100 but would take £80, they did cost me £200 a year ago.

Yeah sure why not. I won't use them and it's a shame to have them sitting around.

    I'll take it to pm.
