Asda Portable DVD Connections

Hi all,

I've just bought the £50 Asda portable dvd player to use on my flights to and from America this summer.

The connections that come with it are an AC adaptor and car power adaptor.

I've just looked at the plane I'll be flying on using seatguru and it says the power output is DC Power.

Does anyone know what kind of adaptor I'd need to use for this please? The research I've done seems pretty unclear.

Asda has a good refund policy. Possibly that player uses DC power via an intermediate transformer, the annoying power bricK that sits halfway along the power line..
