There is something I don't understand, is the timeline between these shows not even close or something ?

I will encase my question in a spoiler, DO NOT open if you are not completely caught up with both The Flash and Arrow (By caught up I mean Arrow S4E9, Flash S2E19)

At the end of Arrow when Oliver says he wants to be left alone to Barry he then proceeds to speed off but wouldn't he have already lost his speed by this point as he lost them in the previous weeks episode of the flash.

He lost his speed in last weeks airing (19/4).

If they are going to mix the two shows up often enough it would be nice if they could keep some consistency or am I missing something ?

I haven't opened your spoiler as I'm not caught up, but from what I understood the S4 of Arrow and S2 of Flash are running together. For example episode 8 of Flash and Episode 8 of Arrow was a two parter with the story following through.

Indeed, I thought that as well considering the 2 parters that have been done in the past but didn't know if the non 2 parters were not on the same timeline path when they are not being mixed.

They can't literally be concurrent on a minute to minute basis, only syncing up with certain big events mentions & the obvious crossovers.

The first Flash and third Arrow seasons worked very closely together. References and actual cross overs. The timeline was pretty much simultaneous or as near as possible. I'd imagine that will have continued into the new seasons.

I don't watch it but wouldn't Arrow S4E19 match up with Flash S2E19? They were broadcast at the same time.

Spoilered as I dont want people to see something maybe they shouldnt.

Arrow 19 was 26/4/16 air and the situation I was referring to was at the end of Flash 18 and confirmed in 19.

    I know that but
it was a fairly big noticeable mistake if they are similar, seeing the two shows mixed so often I assumed they were pretty much neck and neck from episode to episode and situations seemed consistent but the end of Arrow 19 caught me off guard which got me wondering.

Only thing I can think of is an issue with Arrow's air date as there was a 3 week difference which I failed to notice before.

I have seen a continuity error between Legends of Tomorrow and Arrow.

Sarah referred to her bloodlust in LOT when she was free of it in Arrow

Not sure what to think about Legends of Tomorrow, seen a few episodes but just not feeling it.
