Has any one tried these with a panasonic E50? Are they worth getting?

No - but I was thinking about these as well.

I was looking for Datasafe x2 but can't find them and I'm not sure if x4 are compatible with my burner

I've used overprints before, not Arita but same G03 type disc with no probs. Perfer to use Datasafe G04 media now though (in HS2 & PC), and it's not that much more money.

Update ... Received discs today , unfortunately they sent out the wrong ones ! ( Unbranded White Tops ) which will be getting sent back !!
