So was I.
A lot overweight.
It was someone else's before-after pic that inspired me, so thought I should pay it forward.
Apologies for the cheesy lines, I didn't even say that, although it is true. My coach put that together so it's a bit of a sales pitch.
Love the fact that you felt the need to put 'before' and 'after' on the pics. So confusing otherwise!
Lol, wasnt me!
What the skinny guy?
Or I'm guessing the flyer. You must be very proud. Good on 'yer. I'm more like the before myself.
Great effort Phil...
I am overweight by about 4 stone, so know the work that is involved in losing it.
Really impressed, especially in 4 months... Amazing work.
Well done that man.
More like 4 and a half but like I said, it's a sales pitch!
That's seriously impressive, well done! I could do with losing a stone or so...
Still Man Utd though?
In summary, pffft.
What does UFC stand for?
I'm not going to rant about people being fat and lazy - think most of you know my thoughts...
60lb over 4 months is approximately 3.4lb per week
That is impressive, well done! Has the weight stayed off? That's the true test!
They always say wearing black makes you look slimmer...
only joking. Well done.
Well done that man, when you said a little over weight I popped in to say I need to shift 7 lb haha.
Wow well done mate, i need to shift at least two and half stone lol, put it all on since suffering a heart attack and being put on all sorts of meds plus seriously struggling to adjust diet to current activity levels, weight went throught the roof
Well done, you having any problems with excess skin? Need to lose a few lbs myself think i'll just ditch the copper and take notes when i go out though less hassle
Nah but seriously 6ft 7" 19.5st something needs to change soonish!
No, but i'm 3 feet shorter than I should be
Good going Phil, hope you keep it off "The charts" say I'm about a stone overweight but I've got thighs like Chris Hoy's so probably carry a bit more muscle than most (not in a meathead way) I train about 3 or 4 times a week also (cardio) I'm only half a stone heavier than I was 20 yrs ago so that'll do me
Delete as you see fit fellas , it was a cheap shot
I'll let it go this time as it was sort of relevant, just don't make a habit of it
Very impressive Phil, it takes years of you.
Still a work in progress, but I have no fear of putting it back. Simply because as the saying goes, it's a change of lifestyle rather than just a fad diet. I can't and won't ever return to my old eating habits.
Tut tut, Dony!
I originally typed "it take's years off of you" but it didn't look right and deleted the wrong of/off!
Off to the corner I go.
Sorry using reply rather than quote as the mobile version of the site is a joke.
I do have some loose skin currently, but I'm going to start doing more weights and hopefully fill out a bit with muscle. Won't know how much loose soon until I have bulked a bit.
Do you now shout really loud when you talk, like those in the adverts that I cannot remember the name of from a few years back ha ha
Separate names with a comma.
