are these illegal in the uk

i just wondered if the afterthemac n300 is illegal in the uk, i cant find anywhere with it for sale or any reviews on it.

no reason for it to be illegal, its just a wireless adapter with Mac drivers ....

..I wouldnt be surprised if they are not sued soon though and forced to change their misleading advertising "3 x faster than ethernet" LOL

..the other mainstream manufacturers all had to change their advertising for wireless products quite some years ago, after class action suits in the US for misleading ads such as that ....

decided to give it a go and ordered one, im not to bothered about their probably unrealistic download claims, im mainly hoping to get better reception from further distances away and also be able to connect to the wireless n network. i will post how i get on incase anyone is interested as there are very few reviews on this product.
