Phoned up Panasonic, Great lot of help they were. They said it wasn't compatible, and gave me the model code for the actual stand you buy extra with the Tv.

That was fooking helpful wasn't it!!

Bakc to square one I guess, anyone got some recomendations? I wish there was a way to fix this plasma to the one I linked too...

Ah yes, but your Panny is a PW6, which it says it fits. Where as mine is a TH-42PHD6 so it's not looking likely. :(

Cheers for the link, the page doesn't seem to want to load fully though, so I can't really see what's on there. :p

It's out of this Panny stand, or an Oppli bench. If I had the Oppli bench, i'd have to mount the centre speaker on the wall above / behind the plasma slightly. Where as with that panny, I could just stick it on the top shelf.

Man, those are some damn nice units. I really can't afford to spend too much cash though, it's the oppli bench at £60 with the centre speaker on the wall, or the panny at £250, which I must say, I think looks pretty nice. I think i'll go for the cheap route for now. Those opplis are damn nice. Would match my speakers too.

Shame my speakers too long to fit in the centre space. :p

optimum do an amazing stand think its the 8002sl ? not sure horney might know ?its 2 shelves low level on casters and the panny looks pretty impresive on it but you will need a foot stand plus alphason are bringing a new range out with tubes to hide your cables and for an extra 40 quid this little casters called foot-balls which can be hidden one the stand is in place only thing im not keen on is they still have those stupid plastic caps on the top so its not flush it just ruins the finish for me
