Are there any current receivers that convert HDMI to component?

I am doing a bit of research into the planning of my future system.

I currently run a Denon 2808 which takes component inputs and outputs as component to my old plasma.

The trouble is I have run out of component inputs/splitters and the Denon will not convert an HDMI signal to component. Are there any amps that will do this?

Nope and there is unlikely to ever be one. Such a conversion would contravene the HDCP requirements for HDMI. HDCP is the DRM and copyright protection element incorporated into HDMI.

No receiver down converts from HDMI.
