I have got a Pio and sky HD is being installed on thursday this week.

My understanding is that sky are going to provide me with component cables and leave me with HDMI for use when the HDCP problem is sorted.

My question is, can anybody advise whether the supplied component cable is any good or is it worth going and spending some money on a decent cable ?

I have this fear that I will get a crap cable detrimental to the PQ.

    Any comments appreciated.

Unless they have changed lately them I got a reasonable RGB coloured component lead - not the greatest but certainly better than the thin red, white, yellow leads usually supplied with dvd payers, etc ...
