A bag full of onions that I forgot about in my warm kitchen have all started sprouting, if thats the correct term

    - now upon tasting a tiny raw sample of the long greeen shoots emanating from said onions, they seem just like the spring onion shoots - possibly ideal for chopping up and using for salads, stir fry etc, just like spring onions or chives; so is it okay to use them this way without any tummy trouble or other adverse effects?

    they'll grow inside you.....

hehe.......nah, not likely you'll suffer any problems....not if you got a tummy that can take stuff anyhow.......but tbh its usually best to eat veg before it starts growing other veg on itself...lol

The green shoots are edible, but I wouldn't eat them if I were you. ;)
