I have seen an upgrade bundle at komplett with a MSI KT3 ULTRA Mainboard for Socket A
    VIAKT333, ATA/133,sound , ATX, DDR mobo here
its not a bad price but I do not know anything about the MSI mobo's, are they any good?

Or would this be a better bet from overclockers

    Epox EP-8K3A/AMD Athlon XP 1700+/Globalwin CBK58 - Bundle (BU-046-OC)
Making good use of the VIA KT333 chipset the EP-8K3A motherboard offers supreme overclocking capabilities with an incredible 2.2v vCore (cpu) and 3.2v vIO (memory) available from the BIOS softmenu right out of the box. Coupled with suitable memory (such as Corsair XMS2700 DDR-SDRAM) the EP-8K3A provides outstanding speed and reliability for everyone.

    Featuring :
    » 6 x PCI slots
    » 1 x AGP (4x) slot
    » 3 x 184pin DDR-SDRAM slots
    » onboard sound
    » 2.2v vCore adjustment
    » 3.2v vIO adjustment

This is bundled with the AMD Athlon XP 1700+ processor and the Globalwin CBK58 and a sachet of thermal compound.

    For £197

    Thanks

    Hi Tim,
I bought a KT3 Ultra from Overclockers a couple of months back.
It's much better than the Abit KT7a I was using before.
It's more stable, in fact I haven't had a single problem with it yet.
I'm only using an Athlon 1200 so can't really comment on speed but as I've not had any problems I'm more than happy.

The articles I've read (and I've read a lot as I'm in the computer trade) all suggest that MSI is a very good brand of both motherboards and graphics cards - ie stable and reliable
