    Hi all,

Given the fact most if not all displays will be soon shipping with HDMI digital input (thank you Sky?) and given the better PQ we can expect from a well implemented HDMI output, I am trying to figure out when we will start seeing external Freeview boxes with an HDMI output.
Any one knows if there has been any announcement by manufacturers yet? Surely HDCP is not activated in Freeview signals so that's not the point but still we should be able to get a better picture by bypassing the D/A conversion in the current cheap boxes (cant be good at that price can it?) and feed the bits directly into our flat screens.
