I have recently made some DVD-r copies and notice that accationally my Tosh XS32 complains that they are either damaged or have dust on them.

Sometimes shop DVDs (hire) use to skip/judder in my regular DVD player but a good clean usually fixed it.

One copy I have made always stops on one scene and says the disk is damaged :(

Interestingly if I put it in my LG 4120 on my PC it plays ok but complains when I put it in my DVD ROM on my PC. Maybe the LG has better error correction firmware than the XS32 or my DVD ROM drive.

This disk is a branded disk not a cheapo

    Regards

    Jerry
