Arcsoft showbiz 3.5

I am using Arcsoft showbiz 3.5. When I drag a video clip to the timeline it rotates some of the video clips by 90 degrees how do I resolve this issue please?

I don't use Arcsoft but is there another way to add your clip to the timeline such as double clicking or command add to timeline? If there is, try it & see if the other clips remain in correct format.
