    hi,
As a music fan,i own the arcam cd 72 and, a75,p75 diva amps, biamping mission 774's,great for my ears,so when i saw the arcam xeta 2 processor for £60 and a mission 77c for the same price,i bought them up and i now have a 3.1 set up,the only set ups i have compared too are hitachi, jvc, lifestyle systems and the depth and soundstage are a world apart,so it's now got me thinking what the dolby digital world is like in comparison to prologic, the xeta 2 uses delta 290 components similar to the alpha 8 range,so it still packs a punch, and i wonder if i'd have to spend many hundreds of pounds more to find a digital processor to match it in its quality, which for the price i'd have to say is pretty darn good.
(oh yeah surround speakers are inevitable)

The difference between any truly discrete surround format ie Dolby Digital or DTS compared to Dolby Pro Logic is night and day, once you've tried it you won't go back.
