    I am experiencing problems with warranty work / technical support here in Switzerland. Has anybody else faced the same problem? My DV 88plus has now been in for repair for 3 months and not beeing returned. Would be interested how Arcam support is throughout the world.

    Had my AVR200 repaired 2 weeks before its warranty ran out pheeew!
    It took 3 weeks which I thought was plenty long enough to get fixed!
    I would keep chasing them if I was you.

    From the US here. I sent 4 items in for repair 10 days ago (3 Arcam alpha 10 and 10p and a alpha 9 CD) and am still waiting for an idea when they will be done and how much. Im having them all converted from 240v to 110v - they are too early in the production to switch them on the back. I'll keep you posted how long it takes.
