Is this just me being thick?

Bought a DV88+ last week and am very happy with it except for one thing...

I have some CDs where I've encoded regular 2 channel tracks into an ambient DTS mix. The CDs played fine in surround on my old Pioneer but on the Arcam - nothing.

The discs play ok but there's simply no sound.

Audio output is set to Bitstream and the player is using a coax connection to the amp.

    Any ideas?

Are you running the latest firmware?
