    Hi @stoke1975

    Are you the original owner?
    Was it new or ex-dem?
Is the receipt available for warranty purposes?
    Smoking or non smoking home?

    EDIT:

I can see from tracing your various posts you had a few issues so could you please clarify for me.

It seems your first 600 failed and was replaced by your dealer after a week?

Then ref the post "It's been brilliant for two months until tonight. Takes about 40 to 45 seconds to switch on, up to 10 seconds to change input. No sound and no picture. I assume it is something serious and will be going back"
Seems it just sorted itself out?
    Has it happened since?
Any other issues or occasions it was returned?

Is it running the latest firmware?

So also to be sure, the warranty is definitely 100% transferable?

    Thanks

    Answers to questions above.
I had honestly forgot the night it stopped working. I think I just turned it on the following day. It has not happened since and this unit has never been back.

No idea what firmware it is meant to be running. I don't think it's ever changed in the time I have owned it. How do you check?

I will check if warranty transferable.

    Thanks for replying quickly.

I was interested to know if you knew if it was on the latest firmware, if you do not know it does not matter

From all I read on here if the five year warranty was registered it is I believe transferable.

I would like to make an offer I hope you find reasonable and acceptable but would just like you to agree to the caveat it is based on the warranty being transferable (to be checked)

I would like to offer £900 delivered with payment by BT

    Thanks

I have just googled for warranty and it appears it is transferable if registered.

I will accept your offer and I am happy for you to check with Arcam if you want to be sure on warranty.

    Move to pm?

    Thanks
    Neil

    Yeah that's great Neil.

The checking of warranty transfer may have to involve your input with Arcam to I guess, but we can sort that via PM.

Drop me a PM with full contact details and I can reply with the same ;)

    Thanks
